System requirements
System setup for Live Meeting
It is recommended that you have the Microsoft Office Live Meeting client installed on your computer to run or
join a meeting. If you automatically click to join a meeting, Microsoft Office Live Meeting will prompt you with
any software installation that may be needed.
To install Microsoft Office Live Meeting client before joining a meeting:
• When you receive an email invitation to join a meeting, click on the links under the First-Time Users section
and follow the instructions. Use of Microsoft Office Live Meeting without being signed in through the Sign In
application is not supported.
