5. Select a time for the mailbox move, as shown in Figure 16. A period of least activity would be

best, such as off hours. Keep in mind that individual users’ mailboxes are taken offline during the

move operation and will become available again when the individual mailbox move is complete.

The move mailbox time varies, depending on network connectivity. See “Mailbox move durations”

for move duration time experienced during testing.
